Weight loss- in the context of medicine or health or physical fitness- is a reduction of the total body weight, due to a mean loss of fluid, body fat or adipose tissue and/or lean mass, namely bone mineral deposits, muscle, tendon and other connective tissue.


(Editor's Choice: I have lost 20lbs on this plan and have kept it off! My sweet tooth was a problem and I found that drinking diet drinks (Coke Zero was my choice) and either brushing my teeth or using mouth wash when a craving hit dramatically reduced and/or satisfied my sugar cravings.)
